Terms & Conditions Agreement

On very rare occasions Severe Weather may be a factor during transit. If severe enough, FedEx will consider this to be an "Act of God" or a National Service Disruption and will not honor any weather related claims that may delay normal delivery routes, times, and/or schedules. Once in transit, Fed Ex and or Maine Ocean Lobster will not be held financially responsible and or replace shipments for weather delays deemed an "Act of God" by FedEx. If you think your local weather may impact your delivery, please call and reschedule your shipment no later than 12 pm on the day your order is to be shipped. We will do all we can to safeguard against weather delays but we are not responsible for Mother Nature.

Please note that signatures MAY BE REQUIRED for delivery. If the subtotal on your order is over $500, a SIGNATURE WILL be required for delivery. Deliveries to BUSINESS ADDRESSES WILL REQUIRE a signature for delivery. Deliveries to apartment buildings and condo complexes MAY REQUIRE a signature. Deliveries to residential locations MAY require a signature for delivery -- it will be up to the discretion of the individual FedEx delivery driver.
